Don Lee, is one of the organizer and is the current board chair of Homecrest Community Services (HCS), a New York based Non-profit CBO formed in 1997. HCS’ mission is to improve the quality of life of Asian American immigrants and other disadvantaged senior citizens and families in New York to help them thrive and to achieve greater self-sufficiency. Since 2019, HCS has rolling out services in responses to Covid-19, addressing anti-asian hate, food insecurity, mental health and health and wellness programs to support the immigrant community and small businesses. Professional, Don has worked up the ranks to executive level positions in both the public and private sectors. Since 2006, Don has focused on improving healthcare through technology and served as Chief Information Officer for several major healthcare organizations including Bellevue Hospital Center and two of the largest IPA and ACOs in New York City. He was CEO of an healthcare IT company serving independent medical clinics in 20 states.
