Stephanie Zou

Stephanie has served the Chinese community for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the Chinese Medical Program in 2012, Stephanie worked for various Chinese-language media in both U.S. and China. Born in China and received her master’s degree in U.S., she speaks both Mandarin Chinese and English. Stephanie is regional Director of the Community Specific Medical Program of the Chinese and Russian Team at Monmouth Medical Center and RWJ University Hospital New Brunswick. She also oversees the Chinese Medical Programs at RWJ Hamilton and Somerset. Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in journalism in China and her master’s degree in Mass Communication and Information Science from Rutgers University in New Jersey. As a journalist, she has interviewed many people from all walks of life in U.S. That work background, combined with her Chinese medical program service experience, gives her a unique, in-depth understanding of the social, healthcare and wellness needs of Chinese Americans.
